RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@threadsforchangefoundation.org with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and processed.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
